Provide administrative support and assistance to Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Management Committee of Technology and Operations (GTO) and contribute to building a strong and effective GTO function for Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- To arrange for effective meetings for CIO and GTO Management including meeting material preparation, booking room/agenda, taking minutes, following up to close out post meeting issues.
- Keep effective diary/ calendar for CIO
- Provide logistic arrangement including staff travel, off-site events, staff engagement activities for GTO function.
- Assist GTO Heads to prepare monthly dashboard reports.
- Co-ordinate on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for GTO/ the Bank in order to promote CSR activities within GTO and the Bank.
- To maintain and keep on-going updated records of CIO's direct reports leave, GTO organizational chart and other Human resource profiles – Job Objectives/ Job Description/ Authorities delegation, etc.
- To be in charge of internal communication and broadcasters.
- To provide personal assistance to CIO as and when required.
- To take other assignments as and when required from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent in English, communication and presentation
- Excellent computer skills - excel/power point...
- Good interpersonal skills and to be a good team player
- Patient, perfection-oriented, well-organized and good time planner
- Confidential and reliable
- Can work under high pressure, keen on to learn and be self motivator.
