First Alliances is urgently looking for a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT | Headhunting & HR Services | Hanoi
Responsibilities:
§ Prepare payment voucher (PV), receipt voucher (RV)
§ Post PV, RV to accounting software
§ Prepared daily cash book
§ Reconcile cash book to accounting software
§ Summary contract term and condition to excel sheet
§ Filing original copy of contract
§ Preparing monthly VAT declaration
§ Other tasks will be assigned by Accounting Manager
§ Report to Chief Accountant & Brand Manager
Requirements:
§ Up to College degree in Finance and Accounting.
§ At least 3 year experience in same position.
§ Strong knowledge of Vietnam accounting standard and Vietnam GAAP
§ Familiar Accounting soft-wares
§ Honesty, careful and time management.
§ English communication (speaking and writing) and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Access,…)
