Job description:
Main responsibilities and duties to assist Credit Officer in his daily operation as follows in order to ease Credit Officer’s task to be increased in line with our branch’s possible expansion:
(1) By collecting and analyzing the obligor’s information, country risk and credit portfolio in collaboration with relevant departments, check the Credit Application, Credit Monitoring and Self-Assessment etc. in view of complying with the relevant Credit Procedures and Manual (“Manual”) and share the information with relevant department including head office in proper and timely manner.
(2) To control and keep the due date on the credit control including the maturity control etc. in corporation with relevant departments.
(3) To assist and educate relevant departments to acquire the knowledge of relevant Credit Manuals and to utilize them in actual work in proper and timely manner.
(4) To control the problem customers in view of complying with the Manuals. In addition, to assist to collect and report the unfavorable information to relevant Credit departments and other relevant departments in proper and timely manner.
(5) To conduct the additional tasks assigned by Credit Officer including regulators issue and audit issues.
Requirements:
- Obtaining Bachelor or Master Degree; Majoring in Finance - Banking, Economics or Business Management are preferable;
- Good command in English; Candidate has good command in Japanese is preferable;
- Experience in Credit related department in other foreign banks is recommendable;
- Good credit, organizational and planning skills;
- Good communication skill;
